Cookies slide off. No parchment, no spray.
Flat sheets let dough bake onto the metal. These hold it up on a raised diamond texture, so it lets go.
90-day returns. Processed in 1 to 2 days.
- Slides off with a spatula, no liner or spray
- Raised diamond texture keeps dough off the flat steel
- Heavy carbon steel, PTFE-free coating, no Teflon
- 13 x 9, 15 x 10 and 17.5 x 12 inch sheets
Why your last non-stick sheet quit
You did everything right. You bought non-stick, you sprayed it, you lined it. It still stained, and now the cookies grab.
Here is the part nobody tells you. A flat sheet presses every inch of dough against the coating. That thin layer takes all the wear, and once it scuffs, sugar bakes straight onto the steel.
Cooking spray makes it worse. It leaves a gummy film that bakes on, batch after batch, until nothing slides. That brown film you cannot scrub off is the spray.
Sheets a family had used for about ten years, before the switch.
The hardest test he could think of: cheese baked until it burned.
How the diamond texture lets go
No jargon. It comes down to how much of your food touches the pan.
- Dough sits on raised pointsThe whole surface is a grid of tiny diamonds instead of a flat sheet of metal.
- Less of it touches the coatingFewer contact points means less sugar and fat gripping the pan, and less wear on the coating.
- It bakes, then slidesPush a spatula under it and it comes away in one piece. Cookies, pork chops, even burnt cheese.
Think of setting a warm cookie on a cooling rack instead of a plate. It rests on the high points, so it lifts right off.
Built for the complaints people actually leave
We read what people say about the best selling sheet sets. Three complaints come up again and again: warping, peeling and sticking.

Food rests on the peaks, so it releases without parchment or spray.

Weeknight dinner on one pan
Breaded pork chops, fries, rolls, roasted chicken. Whatever goes on tonight comes off in one piece, so you are not chiseling crust off the pan after the kids are in bed.
Even, golden bottoms
Flip a cookie over and you will see the little diamond pattern, browned evenly edge to edge. No black ring, no pale middle.
Three sizes, one stack
The small one for cookies and lasagna, the medium for rolls and jelly rolls, the large for chicken and vegetables. They nest together, so they take one spot in the cupboard.

Questions before you buy
I bought non-stick sheets before and they quit. Why would these be different?
Most non-stick sheets are flat, so the whole bottom of your food presses on a thin coating, and that coating wears out. These add a raised diamond texture on heavy carbon steel. Food rests on the peaks, so less of it grips the surface, and the coating takes less wear. You also get 90 days to try them.
Do I still need parchment, foil or cooking spray?
No. Cookies and most bakes go straight on the sheet. For breaded things like pork chops, a light wipe of oil is fine if you like the crust. Skip aerosol cooking spray, which leaves a sticky film on any non-stick surface over time.
Is there Teflon in the coating?
No. The two-layer non-stick coating is free of PTFE (the material sold as Teflon), PFOA and BPA.
Will they rust?
Carbon steel can spot if water sits trapped under the rolled rim. Hand wash, dry the sheet fully including the rim, and store it dry. That keeps it looking new.
Will the big one fit in my oven?
The large sheet is 17.5 x 12 inches. Measure your oven rack. If it is at least 18 inches wide with a little room on the sides, it fits. The small and medium sheets fit side by side in many standard ovens.
Is the textured surface hard to clean?
Food lifts off the peaks, so there is little left in the grooves. Warm soapy water and a soft sponge does it. Skip steel wool and scouring pads, which wear any coating.
Do dark sheets burn cookie bottoms?
Dark pans brown a little faster than shiny ones. If your recipe was written for a shiny pan, check a minute or two early or lower the oven 25°F the first time.
How hot can they go?
They are oven safe to 450°F.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 days, then delivered 5 to 10 days after that.
What if they are not for me?
You have 90 days. Send them back for a refund.
